The concept of an Offshore Dedicated Center involves setting up a devoted team of resources for customers at Saigun’s offshore solutions center in India. In this service model, manpower, hardware, software, office space and any other resources needed for the project are dedicated to the customer. The customer will have access to these resources on a continuous basis.

- All IT managers and developers are experienced , educated and retained for the purpose.
- All engagement managers have IT architect skill sets so they can communicate both project management issues as well as technical issues.
- Engagement manager complies with the client’s version control products and change/defect management processes.
- We have a well defined globally accepted CMMI compliant quality processes which we follow, if no explicit quality requirement is put forward by our clients.
